Do Thu Huong – Aerial Yoga Instructor

My favorite motto:

“Positivity, confidence, and perseverance are key in life. So never give up on yourself.” – Khalid

The Military Culture and Arts University is where I pursued my passion for dance. I performed in many shows, satisfying that passion. After starting a family in 2012, I gave up my career to fulfill my role as a mother, having three children in succession. Life pulled me in different directions, and I felt like I was shrinking when I couldn’t dance, perform under the stage lights, and even felt tired just from breathing. Sometimes, I longed for those moments of dancing on stage, being myself…

Sister Hương feels very fortunate to have her husband’s support and guidance towards Aerial Yoga.

In 2020, I was truly lucky to have my husband’s support and guidance towards Aerial Yoga, as he understood my constant desire for the career I had pursued before. After diligently practicing for five months, I lost 7 kg, and there was a visible improvement in my physical and mental health. It felt like a rebirth for me when I returned to Yoga. Up to this point, I have become an Aerial Yoga instructor after completing the 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training and 16-hour Advanced Aerial Yoga courses. This discipline is creative and closely related to my previous dance career. I am grateful to my family for being there with me, and I am thankful to Yoga for helping me rediscover myself. I hope to share my love for Aerial Yoga with everyone as passionately and enthusiastically as I feel about it. I am excited and energized when stepping onto the colorful silk strips of the “PĀRAGATE®” stage. Let’s experience fun and beneficial training hours together here!
